Invite someone you care about on a "Take a Walk, New York!" walk! It's fun to walk with a friend and inviting them tells them you care about their health.

Remember, each walk is led by a knowledgable leader and will frequently pass by subway stations and bus stops, so it will be good for both experienced walkers and new walkers. Our goal is to get as many New Yorkers active and healthy as possible.
